- ZyadaFayda follows specific cancellation policies based on the type of service availed via our mobile application “Finch” or website zyadafayda.in.
- To initiate a cancellation request, the user must submit a formal request to our Finance or Support Team via email at:

- Once we receive your request, our support team will verify the details and guide you through the next steps.
- Note: A cancellation will only be considered valid once you receive a confirmation email from ZyadaFayda's accounts or support department.
- Cancellation requests made after the service has been delivered or processed may not be eligible.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only under specific circumstances such as:
- Failed transactions where the amount is deducted but the service is not delivered.
- Double payments or system errors.
- Incorrect deductions due to technical issues.
- ZyadaFayda does not guarantee refunds for services already rendered or availed through third-party integrations.
- Upon verification and eligibility, approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of confirmation.
- The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of transaction.
- ZyadaFayda is not responsible for:
- Transaction charges, convenience fees, or bank charges incurred during the payment or refund process.
- Delays caused by payment gateway or bank-related issues.
3. Special Conditions
- Refund requests must align with the terms outlined in the original service agreement or platform terms.
- Any abuse or manipulation of our services, cashback system, or reward policies may result in disqualification from refund eligibility.
- For services involving third-party providers (e.g., insurance, loans, demat), refund requests may be subject to the provider’s own policies.
